Just curious.  Has anyone looked in to travel arrangements yet?  Flights or hotels?

Especially between Monterey & Big Sur...early in the morning...leaning hard left and right into the curves...the pacific on one side, mountains on the other...barreling across Bixby Creek Bridge.

I'm driving down for it then on to LA and SD for a week to visit family. SFO is going to be your cheapest option probably but that airport is one big cluster ****. It's worth checking to see the difference between there and San Jose, especially if you're not looking to rent a car or ride the Bart from the airport to San Jose(2 hours or so).

Just to add on it looks like United out of Orlando to San Fran is $400 non stop, for those who are closer to Mouse Town.

Although I have to say I just had a miserable experience with United flying into John Wayne, so I may stick with Delta @$350 with a stop in the Dirty A.

Out of Arizona it's $360.  I'm hoping to make it, but I'm also hoping for a better price.

You know I looked at that flight about a week and a half ago and for 2 people it was $713.  I waited and now it's gone up.  We're still a long ways out so hopefully it comes back down.
