If you build it they will come. Ray Jay is nice, but i'm not sure how you can expect to have a college atmosphere a half an hour away from the campus... OCS is a huge factor in what separates commuter schools from true college campuses.

Guys Harlan came from a school that plays an hour from campus, 2 hours in traffic which when passing through DTLA there is always traffic. What makes you think he's capable of getting an OCS done?

That place looks pretty good. Better than Ucf at least. Some people are dreaming too big with the pics of Oregon's stadium...that ain't happening. SMU would be a great model to use.
