All those folks who aren't filling up Raymond James for USF games.

UoM, the only "folks" who fit your excuse of "20 minutes is a long drive" are students. I think the one thing we all agree on here is that an ocs should have more students in attendance than now. There are some valid reasons for having an ocs but increased, non-student attendance has never been proven to be one for USF.

The  on campus hotel at USF would benefit from an OCS. On campus Publix will benefit more too. The WOB will have increased sales if the OCS. Seems like a no brainner to get it done

Yes, we should drop 100+ million in a project so three businesses will make a few tens of thousands of dollars.

It is tons more than that. Temple Terrace would grow in a more positive way. There may be a look out tower for couples to get a great view and have a moment which they might seal it with a kiss. As you can see, these things are priceless.

unbelievable how many of you contest the OCS. playing the contrarian.

time to capitalize on momentum and shout big announcements from tall building tops.

every Philly news publication was running renderings of a Temple DT stadium before their season concluded in '15.

USF being USF me guesses. we are operating in our own world at times.

peep CSU's new stadium and tell me that doesn't make your piece tingle.

Swimming pools??? I was thinking that they can have Olympic size pools at OCS so it can cool fans off. Also, USF can restart the swimming program. If there are going to be look out towers than that can have diving boards attached. This could be great for a diving program!!

Can we build a huge wave pool too so sailing can get some practice?

Yes!!  Now that is the out of the box thinking that I like to see. Wouldn't mind seeing a wave pool on campus so that we can surf. Babes in bikinis. Guitars & tiki bars. I think this needs to be right next to OCS. Preparty & afterparty destination club med style.

Still not a reason to build an OCS.
