interesting, I had speculated the kind of opposite might happen where Texas accepted less of the first two year salary offset for USF to play a single game at Texas cheap in the future season.  Those are often $ 1million+ dollar games now.

A home and home for more cash now is a little better option for USF though, IMO.

I seem to recall JP saying that USF was beneath Strong.
