he has been cleared to play this fall.WHY?HOW?

the transfer exception  has 4 requirements

1.the player participates in an sport other than basketball

2.the player has not transferred previously from a 4 year college

3.the player is in good academic standing

4.the college from which player is transfering certifies in writing that it does not object to player's being granted an exception
