It's a virtual private network. You use it to route traffic (normally through encrypted protocols) through exterior servers. If you use a good one, you can choose your location, which would defeat a location block.

But a blackout usually means it's on locally, might want to double check listings .

Usf sent a tweet earlier showing what stations it was on in what areas...it listed CW44 for tampa bay but its not showing on menu as coming on at 330

I am currently trying to find a local bar/restaurant that's televising it. Striking out so far.

This game is not on any tv channel on earth. Only live streamed on Watch ESPN ACC Network Extra. If it's blacked out locally I don't see how any bar here can actually find it to show.

I am in Orlando area and the game is listed as upcoming, with no "Subject to Blackout" notice like I see on other games listed.

Also, ad-block is great but will not help for First Row. It will detect ad block and not play the steams.
