U can install Sling on your computer and watch the game after verification with WatchESPN using your new Sling TV sign in.  If you have a Roku, Firebrick, etc you can stream it to your TV.

Online stream only on Watch ESPN.  But that's not to say some bars wouldn't have the ESPN PPV package (Gameplan, I think?) that can broadcast ESPN3 content.  Or bring a ChromeCast to a Wifi-free bar and get their permission to plug in and stream.

Breaking news:  There's no TV option for the Syracuse game.  It will only be broadcast via streaming WatchESPN.
