USF vs. Public AAU Universities

Some interesting stats which show where we are against low, median, and high peer AAU universities.  Some glaring needs (e.g. Annual Giving) show how things have dropped since football hasn't been doing well.

I wonder how USF would compare with the other universities, across the board, who are striving to become AAU members at some point.

I'm pretty certain that each one comes up short in various measurements.

USF seems to be above the "low" AAU membership in most respects.

Since AAU membership is by invitation only, it ends up being more of an old boys club.

I know they have pushed out a few schools in recent years. I believe Syracuse was one such case.

But, there are probably many others who should objectively get cut, based on their poor performance in many of the variables.
