Hmmm, QF is rated as the #25 QB prospect heading to the 2018 draft.

Clearly the author hit the bong around #14.  How could he say that when he hasn't played a lick of college ball?  Is this the same stoner that predicted Georgia State to the SEC?

Just guessing here but probably the same way a college Fr basketball player that gets hurt during the Fr year and still gets selected in the NBA draft.  Potential? Reputation? Ignorance?  Don't know but just a thought.
