And, when you get your ass kicked by the big boys on the road, RJ will be empty.

You don't build season ticket sales by serving a menu of Charleston Southern, and Elon.

Do you have football season tickets?

Never been there, but it couldn't be as boring as cream puff football at the RJ.

Most people (including Casual Tampa Fan's friends) don't need Bulls football for entertainment.

Sorry, I can't speak for most people.

We're are talking about college football. Please explain to me the alternative to a live college football game in Tampa, assuming that the casual Tampa fan wants to see a live college football game.

If you mean USF tickets, the answer is no. I had them for 16 years.

And you stopped because of their weak ooc schedule?

Attendance figures (actual) speak for most people.

You already know the answer as far as Tampa goes.  So tell me how being the only show in town has created great attendance/ticket sales.   More of the"casual fans" that I know go to games up in Gainesville, and Tally rather than at the RJ.

When USF was winning, attendance figures spoke loud and clear. I think they will again.

None of the casual fans I know would spend 8 - 12 hours casually going to a football game.

So they go up there to watch the Gators beat the bejeepers out of New Mexico State and the Noles crush Texas State .... As usual, your logic is befuddling to say the least.

pplease explain to me why a B5 school would want to come to Ray J? Have you not been following the P5 changes in CFB????  Indeed, some conferences are even talking about playing games only against other P5 schools.  So what you are requesting, it's totally implausible.

Yes and that cracks me up. "Other P5" schools means they will load up with Kansas, Iowa State, Wake Forest in the mid-season as opposed to G5 teams who are probably better; but it satisfies that "P5 requirement." I will say the opening weekend OOC Neutral Site games are a trend I would love to see continued. Would love them even more if USF can be involved.

I'm all about being someone's paycheck game.  We can probably put the $ to good use once the BCS money runs out.

Funny that we paid McNeese St $400,000 to come to Tampa and beat our butts

These debates always crack me up.  Some of you assume, that we can just tell a school that we'll play them and they'd agree.  It doesn't work that way

Please explain to me the EXACT PROCESS on how OOC scheduling occurs.

If Tulane can schedule a game against tOSU, does that infer that we could also have done the same?  Was their deal done in private?  Was any payment agreed to or straight up?  Should we assume that Tulane is better at this than USF is?

Im sure our guys are working the phones and scheduling circuits, just bugs me that other AAC teams are beating us out in OOC games.
