Agree, he doesn't need it. He's got a good thing going, USF will boost his resume plenty enough to get a bigger gig than Baylor. I just hope it's not soon.

I know he just built a new house in Tampa so... I don't think he has immediate plans.  He needs to do a bit more here than ride one year of Willie's coat tail.
