#2 Roberto Cid defeats Mazen Osama 6-0 6-3 to advance.

Dominic Cotrone earned a huge upset win in the 1st round, defeating #10 Diego Hidalgo of Florida, 6-2, 6-4. He will face Gabriel Friedrich of South Carolina at 1:30 p.m. ET

Cotrone and Cid in the championship game? Would be awesome.  I thing Dom has a legit shot at becoming an All-American later today as well.

Too bad Cotrone lost, but he took a set against a tough opponent. Didn't even realize Cid is ranked #2. Get em, Roberto!
