Unprotected Closed Circuit Cameras on Campus

I came across a news story online this morning about a website that has categorized unprotected security cameras from around the world for easy search. I looked at Tampa...found a few that show live footage inside homes, looking onto pools, watching front doors...but then I came across 2 that showed Bulls logos..if I'm not mistaken, it is a live feed to the corral.. here are the links:

It's not of vital importance because there is no sensitive information here,  but USF probably should know better to password protect all campus security cameras. Anyone know if these cams are supposed to be available to the public?
