Amari Burney, CCC, Class of 2018

Yesterday, 4/28- USF offered Clearwater Central Catholic star sophmore Amari Burney.  Burney plays WR and SS for us at CCC. He's listed at 6'2, 210 which is pretty deadon; however, I think he has another inch to grow and his body will be able to add more muscle without losing speed. As a USF Alumni and a coach at CCC- I couldn't be more proud of Amari.

Triple B- great question. Most colleges are offering him as a WR, USF included; however, I think by the time he graduates high school I can see him at 6'3 225 and moving to safety. He's only a Sophomore right now, at the end of his Junior season I think it will be more defined.
