Team rules are borderline comical. Don't get arrested. Keep your grades up high enough not to be kicked out of school. Attend practice. Go to the gym at your assigned times. Get to the game on time. FFS...you have to be going out of your way to be an idiot if you can get a coach teetering on being fired to kick you off the team as a senior with legit talent.
