It was too broad a statement, but the "formula" was more about a single season finishing strong vs skidding. CJL also had good seasons where that wasn't the case, though, so still a little inaccurate perception on my part.

Shirrefs seems like a solid guy. He's not going to win the game for the huskies, but he's good enough to do the things that need to be done.
