If B12 does turn around after "all of that" and throw out invites, I'm honestly not sure it would be good for us. Sure we'd take it, but joining another conference that can't seem to agree with itself on the path forward is a little scary. At least for now the American is uniformly confident in its path forward. But I know...we'd leave it in a heartbeat for P5

Yes, BUT USF does not need to be "left behind" in a leftover AAC

Don't know how you can think the AAC is anything but a holding cell.  IF the Big12 expands, those teams are coming from the AAC and essentially crippling it.  Imagine losing Cincy and Houston, or UConn and us being stuck here to pick up the pieces and having to add the Bethune Cookman's of the world to rebuild

Big 12 should do a fan base poll... Find where their alumni are in terms of away games. I bet there aren't a whole lot of'em in Storrs.

Shouldn't need to do a poll. Should have plenty of data through the respective alumni associations ...
