As an alum of the Auman crew (same handle), I can assure you they couldn't be more opposite.  Bullwinkle hung on every Tweet from potential HS players that USF wanted (or he did), and Turd was of the "wake me when they sign, qualify & make an impact on the field.  Most of us are in between...we're interested,and want quality signs, and we don't want to get optimistic about a player till he contributes.

I think you MAY be thinking of fellow Auman alum Steve O'Neal, who tragically died in a motorcycle accident over 2 years ago.  Sad day, as he was a season ticket holder and die hard fan...and vocal.  But he also wouldn't be direct contacting HS kids, as he thought that was to be left to the team's recruiting staff...and that kids should decide what's best for them, not some dude lurking their Facebook account.
