Ha, yeah, I remember flying over Lanier on the way home to ATL in 2013, thinking it had a pretty strong "beach" outline from 20,000 ft. None of that here in the swampland, for sure.

Growing up as a kid in GA I remember hearing that Lake Lanier was where the world record large mouth bass was caught. Don't know if that is still the record though.

Lake Montgomery was location it was caught.

Bet it sells for less than a million I've seen better looking homes in trinity area for around 600k
