Nice digs. Do a lot of USF higher ups live in New Tampa? I heard Genshaft lives there as well.

Lot of Bucs and Pete Sampras used to live I the gated portions of Tampa Palms years ago. Not sure now.

Wade Boggs used to live in there too. I delivered pizzas back in college to him, Sampras came in for calzones, Martin Mayhew, Dilfer, and I want to say Tony Mayberry

Yep, Tony Mayberry used to (still?) live in Tampa Palms across from a friend of mine. Interesting how players shrink once they retire...he really lost a lot of weight.

Perhaps should say "personal" facilities; a bit misleading.  Nonetheless I enjoyed looking at the pictures of his home for sale.  A lot of ceramic tile and carpeting, I guess I was expecting more.
