While UCF may be our rival in some sports, they clearly aren't our rival in Women's Basketball, as USF will try to extend it's 36 year winning streak over C. Florida tonight in the Sun Dome. 

If you just want a warm, fuzzy feeling of puppies, rainbows and unicorns, come out to tonight's beat down.

And bring some clothes...

The USF Sun Dome and the CFE Arena at the University of Central Florida (UCF), is launching a friendly clothing drive competition between the two university arenas to coincide with their rivalry Men’s and Women’s basketball games.

The initiative is to collect new or gently used clothing for the homeless or those at risk of becoming homeless within the Tampa Bay and Orlando areas.

The USF Sun Dome is holding their clothing drive during the USF vs. UCF Women’s basketball game on Tuesday, January 5th at 7:00PM and during the USF vs. UCF Men’s basketball game on Wednesday, January 20th at 6:15PM . Members of the public are asked to drop items off at the designated blue bins, located at each of the four gates of the Sun Dome. The bins will also be out for collection for all Men’s and Women’s basketball games between January 5th and January 20 th for fans.

The Sun Dome is partnering with Metropolitan Ministries and encouraging fans, students, and staff to contribute to this great cause!

Sounds like it could be a bruise. Should we have her sit the next game as a precaution so she is better rested for uconn.
