I just want to say that this thread would be deleted on Bulls247 and the OP would be perma-banned.

We lost touch with Phil about a year or so after he took the Dolphin's job.

I hate to see him go to any AAC team outside of USF.

I can't believe you people are so callously discussing this.   Don't you realize you are messing with people's livelihood?

Have you seen the Butterfly Affect?!

Because of this thread somewhere in China a butterfly is flapping its wings and Tom Allen doesn't give a rat's ass.

Just like we pulled an LB coach out of Ole Miss (Tom Allen) We can look at position coaches out of these big programs or a guy thats hot on a smaller team. Theyre out there, lots of coaches havent left their teams yet because of bowl season.

this is so true

it is about the talent usf has that matters

based on our bowl performance does it really matter if he stays

and the bowl performance does matter!

we were on espn and this was our biggest stage and our defense laid an egg

the better teams shine in these situations

It is a good sign for the program to lose coaches because they have performed well. Miami Canes used to lose coaches all the time because they were good.

Agree with those who said pull an experienced position coach from TCU's defensive staff. Keep some continuity on the defensive side of the ball
