2016 NFLPA COLLEGIATE BOWL ANNOUNCES NEXT ROUND OF PLAYERS

• Will Parks, strong safety, Arizona
• Joshua Perkins, tight end, Washington
• Sean Price, tight end, South Florida
• Elandon Roberts, linebacker, Houston
• Canaan Severin, wide receiver, Virginia
• Greg Townsend, Jr., defensive lineman, USC
• Dom Williams, wide receiver, Washington State
• Antwaun Woods, defensive lineman, USC

Mike Martz will attempt to defend his 2015 National Team title against Mike Holmgren’s American Team on January 23, 2016 at StubHub Center on the campus of California State University Dominguez Hills. In the rematch, participating players will benefit from instruction by some of the best to ever play and coach the sport.

The fifth-annual NFLPA Collegiate Bowl – the only game for the players, by the players – is scheduled for a 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET kickoff and will air nationally on ESPN2. In addition, American and National Team practices on January 20 and 21 will be televised live on ESPNU. The game and practices will also be available via WatchESPN.

The NFLPA Collegiate Bowl experience is much more than a game for the participating players. For one week, participants will receive an in-depth introduction to their future union. The NFLPA, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2016, is the primary resource for players for information on the business of football and how to succeed in the NFL and in their post-football careers.

I felt like Price had better offers, but stuck with USF for better or worse, even when transferring could have probably helps his numbers. I hope he impresses and catches on at the next level
