Been south side, lot 6, since we moved. Mostly Alumni, I think. Students are on the north end.

South side is where the bulk of season parking passes are, student parking, the Bull Zone, band and where the players get off bus to walk to stadium. Both sides have great tailgating atmosphere but the South is where a lot of the organized stuff is.

I bought a pass in lot 6D this year because of the extra hour of tailgating offered previously, but looks like that must have been a temporary trial offer for the lot to open an hour early, so I'm not going to use the pass. The North zone is more relaxed and parties harder for longer, rather than the *ahem* "more mature" folks who pack up super early, killing the buzz. 

On a side note, 5 hours is not nearly enough time. By the time my big ole' tailgate setup is unpacked, the music is loud, the grill is sizzlin', and a few drinks have been downed, it is already time to start packing up. Hence why I haven't seen a kickoff in like 10 years. Is that 5-hour rule a RayJay policy? I propose we band together and request more time. Especially for night games; the lots should open much earlier. We can barely enjoy a tailgate before it is already time to pack up.
