Should be able to stream game on Tune In then .... but if delay is like here, it's pretty bad but can at least get updates and stuff.

I wouldn't trust any in-stadium wifi to be able to handle a stream. Don't you have a wireless data plan?

RayJay's works fine .... Why use data if you don't have to.
