MIAMI -- Billed as the Wilie Taggart Bowl when announced, Monday's Western Kentucky-South Florida tilt will take on new meaning Monday afternoon when the two actually kick things off in Florida.

The Miami Beach Bowl marks the end star Hilltoppers quarterback Brandon Doughty's career, it's a chance for WKU to register a 12th win, and it comes on the heels of last year's victory in the Bahamas Bowl.

RECORDS

WKU's 11-2 and enters after knocking off Southern Mississippi earlier this month in the Conference USA championship game. USF sits at 8-4 having won seven of their last eight.
