NCAA WBB changed into a 4 10-minute quarters system this year

Also, on 5 team fouls per quarter gives the opposing team 2 FT attempts

Bulls lead 16-8 at end of 1st quarter. Williams leads all scores with 6. Defense has really been good so far. Just need to slow the offense up a tad to get better shots
