Except all coaches, outside of places like ND, Texas, Florida, USC, Bama, etc do this. Those are the only programs who can figuratively hold this over our heads.

No way Ghost, FIU, UCF, FAU, Miami, will all be letting out guys know that CWT wants out.

None. But apparently we're going to lose our whole class.

Good for him, I hope he gets the job!

This forum is perfect justification for jumping ship. We've got 600+ threads calling for his resignation, calling for him to be fired, calling for him to be terminated... and 6 threads praising him

600 threads hating on him, 6 threads praising him

He did the job we paid him to do, he showed that he's capable of turning a program around, he pulled off the impossible here at USF, now it's time to get paid

I hope he gets the job!!! Good for him!!!

Everyone wanted Leavitt fired, and they found a way to fire him. Now everyone wants him back

Everyone wanted Taggart fired, so now he's interviewing for another job.. now everyone wants him to stay

As someone who saw Taggart play in 1998 when he put it on us as a quarterback, I've believed in him from the very beginning. We'll see who we get next!

The difference is that recruits go to play for FSU, plus Jimbo did not talk to LSU, LSU came to him.  Our recruits are playing here because of CWT.  We do not have a program that sells itself.

No way he gets the job. He's still got a career record of 30-42. Never won a bowl game. Never won a conference championship. How in the world would an SEC program sell that to their fan base?

Can't blame him for taking the opportunity to interview for a job in the best conference in college football though.

I want a coach who WANTS to be here. I want a coach who wants to be a BULL!...sound like someone?

$1.15 million vs $3.5 million.  Easy decision

I see what youre saying, but wanting out is not the same as having a better opportunity, which SCAR 100% is. Any of those coaches, with the exception of maybe Richt at Miami now, would jump ship to SCAR if given the chance.
