I would be fine with Harlan giving him a raise tomorrow if Willie offered to refund a portion of his original deal based on the body of work from his first two seasons. Seems like a fair compromise.

Was going to say I think we're safe for now. Those with openings are being very aggressive at this point as they should be since most regular seasons are over and his name would've been linked stronger and more often if he was a threat to be taken away. 

Harlan needs to give Willie a 2 year extension and a pay raise. Make the buy out for 2016 and 2017 a huge amount of money so that if a P5 does come and grab him they'll have to pay us for it.

I'm ok with giving CWT a raise & even an extension...as well as assistants.

One concern:  our attendance is so dismal that revenues must be down quite a bit.  I'd assume that affects funds available to pay.  But I don't know enough about what determines the amount of $$ we can spend on coaches.
