If Chris and Xavier both stick and qualify academically, then I wouldn't be surprised to see Kean transfer, unless he loves USF and doesn't mind sitting the bench in his college career.

Just got a commit from darnell salomon.  One of the top receivers in the country.  104 on espn top 300

I don't follow recruiting, but just looked this kid up.  Wow, name any school in the Top 25 and he has an offer from them.

can't beat fsu. I think every kid in the state wants to play for Jimbo. He keeps beating everybody here. If we knock them off our recruiting should go through the roof.

yup, at least he won't be in trouble. If you want to be the new (insert name here) (UM, FSU, UF, Ohio State, top programs name) you have to take some chances. 

But in Salomons case most accounts I've read about him he is actually a good kid. People make mistakes. Young people do dumb things. At least he didn't pull a Vick or Lewis. It was over a phone.
