We were the only team in the East to finish undefeated in the East. We DESERVE it. Temple wins it simply because we had to play a ranked Navy team and they got to play Tulane. Only because of a crossover game loss do we find ourselves on the outside looking in. If the crossover game doesn't happen then we are both 1 loss teams and we win the tie breaker. We played Navy, they played Tulane and we beat Temple yet somehow Temple DESERVES it? They may have won the East due to the way the schedule was made up but in no way would I ever agree with someone say that they DESERVE it. We hold the in conference strength of schedule lead and the tie breaker game but those don't matter when you get to play a cupcake team like Tulane to pick up the deciding victory.

That's the way it works though.  Therefore, we lose.  We should have taken care of business against Memphis.  It's a great lesson for next year's team and the expectations will be high.

Temple could have chosen to be deflated after we humbled them, but they bounced back and proved they deserve the east. Congrats to them!

We'll have our shot soon enough. It's still a beautiful time to be a Bulls fan, the future is bright again.

We play Temple away next year...they have alot of seniors though so that favors us.

They earned the Eastern Division title.

I'd agree that they have more conference wins and that should send them to the title game as the east representative, but the fact that the schedule gave them Tulane instead of Navy in my book doesn't mean they earned it.  Maybe, I'm a sore loser.

True, but they beat Memphis and we didn't.
