I hope UCF fans, or future employers, don't blame him or look down on him for this year.  He was basically given a complete mess with a HC who abandoned them mid-season.  And I believe the UCF admin said they were not looking within the UCF organization for HC candidate.  So that zaps a lot of motivation from players and other admin/coaching personnel since they more than likely won't be there next year,
