Is Pope calling the plays these days?  

I've been reading rumors that he is.   If that the case he is the guy we need to keep whatever it takes. 

If Allen leaves it would be a huge loss but one that would be easier to recover from IMO.

Either way, we need to keep both Allen and Hope. Both are home run hires and I was most pleasantly surprised by how well the O line has played thanks to Hope's guidance.
