:loser: don't think I've even seen that movie

You were in middle school when it came out, and it wasn't a wildly popular one.  No surprise.  It was a fun one, though.

For the bourbon experts....in the ~$20 price range, which would you choose:     Buffalo Trace   -OR-   Four Roses Yellow Label

Just need to try them.  I've not had Four Roses Yellow Label.  Buffalo Trace is too spicy for my taste.  Four Roses Small Batch is top notch.  Think maybe around $27 - $29???? An excellent bourbon IMO.

:GoBulls: A real good smooth sipping one we have bought is, "Walking Stick Single Barrel". Made by Founders in Louisville.  Just as good if not better than Basil Heydan. Don't remember this in previous Bourbon Parties. Will bring this year!

I'm a big whiskey drinker. My go-to right now is: http://www.bevmo.com/george-dickel-barrel-select--750-ml-.html

I got my local publix liquors to stock it (shout out to the Connorton Publix!!) so I don't even have to drive to ABC or TotalWine to get it. It's incredibly underrated.

I'm also a huge fan of WhistlePig 10 year. It's a 100% Rye whiskey, but I swear it drinks like a bourbon. It's a bit pricey at ~$70 / bottle, but it's worth picking up at least once.

I used to drink a lot of Heaven Hill bourbon.  I don't think you can find it in liquor stores anymore...I must have drank it all up.

That's pretty good, I've had that one. It's hard to beat Maker's for consistency, I still pull it off the shelf first. I plan to take BB's advice & check out the Four Roses small batch.

A full thread of different opinions and it's been a civil discussion?

It's amazing what a good drink can do. :applause:
