Why are we light on commits?

Blow out of Cincy... things looking very bright.

It'd be nice to see us pick up an JUCO OL or two.  I think that's about the only position where we are losing significant starters in the offseason.  

 

I saw a headline for the top JUCO recruits.  Ill have to check out the article and see if any players from the typical schools (College of Canyons, I'm talking about you!).

Hopefully OL Bethel gets his grades together and makes it on campus.

I've some friends out here pretty heavy in the SoCal high school football scene.  The ship's probably already sailed on this season, but I think I'll see if I can invite myself to some games next year while rocking the USF (not San Francisco) Green & Gold.   I imagine every little bit helps!  lol.

12 or so commits so far, right? Now that CWT has agreed to an extension, hopefully things pick up. Looking at Houston's class so far though, it looks to be quite the uphill climb to keep the streak of conference-best recruiting class this year. Between the way we ended the season and the contract extension, one can imagine we can hope for a few more big coups.

A Miami Beach Bowl victory could be huge for our recruiting down there.

Lot of stuff happening this week as we will hit a dead period next week. Not sure if that will translate into commitments or not this week but I would expect a couple. Just gut feeling.

One to to watch is if UF cuts loose some commits to make room for higher rated players.
