Let's start off by saying I'm not serious and let's not get into Mathematical Logic arguments.  

Memphis basically played Houston even.  We held Memphis to their 2nd lowest point total.  Temple beat Penn State and lost to ND by a smaller amount than to USF.  Syracuse lost to us by 21, Clemson by 10, Pitt by 3 and LSU by 10.

I see no reason why we shouldn't be #1 in the country right now.

#1 without a doubt. We would beat Clemson by 11 points!    21-10= 11 

We could play them 10,000 times this season. We would win every game by 11 points!

You guys aren't far off.  I SIM'd the game 3 times USF (home) vs Clemson (away) and the computer said we won every time.  Try it for yourself.

FWIW, I also SIM'd us playing Alabama and Ohio State.  We won those games too.  Man, we must be really good.

I put USF up against several team and we won like 90% of games including convincing wins over USC and UCLA. 

This site has USF beating UCF 45-9. 

Also, 

I placed USF (2015) vs USF (2014)  and USF (2015) beats USF (2014) 69-0.
