Having gained bowl eligibility for the first time since 2010 and downed East Division leading Temple, USF sets its sights higher on a berth in the American Athletic Conference championship game when Cincinnati comes to town for the Bulls’ 100th game in Raymond James Stadium. USF is 65-34 (65%) since beginning play in the stadium in 1998. USF needs to win its final two games and hope for another conference loss for the Owls who face 8-2 Memphis in Philly this week.

POTENT OFFENSES: USF posted 556 yards of offense vs. Temple last week, which entered the game leading The American/26th in FBS in total defense. Cincinnati enters Friday 4th in the FBS and leading The American in total offense posting 585.6 yards per game.

RUN vs. PASS: USF ranks third in The American and 15th in FBS rushing for 227.9 ypg, while Cincinnati leads The American and stands 4th in the FBS in passing offense averaging 387.4 yards per game. USF has allowed two teams this season to pass for 300 yards, the last coming with a season-high 365 at UConn on Oct. 17.

CONFERENCE WINS: With four conference wins, USF has posted its most since 2007. A fifth conference win would equal USF’s program record of five posted in Conference USA (5-3) in 2003.
