Sounds like your police are nicer than ours (or have been in the past). Our police have been known to use Tasers on fans who go onto the field.

They probably have tasers as well, but they display the BIG arse paint ball  type guns just to send a message I suppose.

We're kidding ourselves if we think UCF is just going to roll over and allow USF to thump it. I'll be at the game and looking forward to the insanity of yet another USF/UCF game. Will there be a Bullspen tailgate of some sort? I'd look to put some faces to some of the screen names.

Some of you guys predicting blowouts of UCF need to slow down.

A rivalry game is almost always competitive, regardless of record.  I'd be happy with a 1 point win.  2013 was our worst team ever and we nearly beat UCF's best team ever AT their place.

I said almost.  They took us to overtime the following year if you remember.  Grothe had a TD pass in OT and we stopped them 1 inch short on a 4th down play.
