In this world of sensitivity, you can't make jokes. With our boys wearing tight pants and carrying man purse. I need to be more sensitive. I hope someone in here can take a joke. Losing has done a job on some of the Bulls nation. 

Oh yeah, I was there. So I know it was way more than 28 students.

Those rushing the field need a "safe space"

A buddy of mine from TPD was there on the sidelines watching a group of 7 or so guys dressed as leprechauns being chased by HCSO.. Said it was the funniest thing he'd seen all night! Dunno what's up with HCSO.. they were being hard asses.

I loved the  students rushing the field, If I was 40 years younger I would have done it.  They had much to celebrate about and students from other schools do it all the time without fear of being arrested or tazed.

Why do people think the students were vandalizing thing? I didn't see any of that. They stormed the field and rallied around the team. It was a great moment for our program after years of suckage. Also the grounds crew took down the goalposts which was a good idea, and negated damage that could have been done. It was fine, get out of your preconceived notions. The game was a great win capped by a great moment of the where the students and the team showed unity.

One disadvantage of not having an on campus stadium is that the landlords pay security to keep people from rushing the feild. 

Honestly if I owned an NFL team I wouldn't want kids rushing the feild when there is game the next day. 

 

That said, I'm glad the students rushed the feild. First time this fanbase has had a reason to be excited in 5 years. Good for the fans to come out and for the students to show how excited they are and support the team.

What a great moment for the young bulls. It wasn't just a lucky win where we squeaked by. The bulls convincingly took care of the top team in our division. We showed we can be a winning team  and we became bowl eligible for the first time in years. If anything I would say this is the moment you could say we turned the corner. No it is not WVU 07, but it is the next best home game victory. Let the emotion show.
