A buddy of mine got laid out and cuffed as soon as his feet hit the ground. They let him go, but I saw several guys get taken into what looked like custody. Any idea why cops will randomly arrest a few when close to thousands are rushing the field? Honestly, you're risking injury by allowing men to spear un expecting kids. Such a waste of their time, and money.

I saw a few Tampa Police tacking people while the majority just let kids have fun as long as they weren't damaging anything. Some cops just have to be jackasses and ruin the fun. I could see if the kids were damaging property, but they weren't

I saw a few Tampa Police tacking people while the majority just let kids have fun as long as they weren't damaging anything. Some cops just have to be jackasses and ruin the fun. I could see if the kids were damaging property, but they weren't 

That was county on that side of the field. So, Deputies being asses.

I rushed the field as a 31 year old man. I remember 07, best time ever as a student. This is as close to that as it's been since then. 

The players were all genuinely excited and I ran up to Taggart and high fived the man. He was smiling ear to ear.

My buddy got arrested by a tan uniformed officer. Not sure if it was HCSO or not though.

hcso wears white shirts and green color pants...tan is Florida Highway Patrol

highway patrol is at every game on the sidelines, and they guard cwt. There are law enforcement from a lot of agencies because it's off duty pay.

Less sense in the fact of arresting the field rushers. I would imagine that would be up to the HCSO and TPD on the sidelines.
