Because the game is a day after Xmas at 11:00am. Thus, you would have break  up Xmas at home and leave the 25th which most people will not do. Catching a flight out of Boston the day of the game will not put you in St. Pete in time for the kickoff. Of course Xmas in FL is an option but costly with two kids (further Xmas in New England is my favorite time of year). Again, I hate that they scheduled this at 11:00am. 

Yeah, way too early, but they have 6 games that day, so I guess they want as little overlap as possible, with the lowest expected TV audience taking the worst slot.

If anyone wants a link to bowls, here you go...but it doesn't show the times.

And...let's take a moment & smile because we're able to have this thread.  And, there's really no reason not to be 95% confident we'll win 1 of 3, at least.

Yes, last 3 games on the schedule are winnable.  Last one is against a community college.

5-7 with shocking overtime lose to UCF. TheBullspen will be calling for CWT's head and lamenting not starting Bench at QB.

Yes, we will bowl. If we beat Temple we go 8-4 with a bowl win, 9-4. If we lose to Temple we will go 6-6 and win a bowl finish 7-6. Yes, I will attend the bowl.

THIS>>>>is my biggest fear in terms of season ending.  But I think our team still remembers getting blanked at home last year, so they should come out swinging, start to finish.

I set my expectations low,that way I'm never disappointed

Absolutly...even watching from home I will be smiling and yelling for my university...I will not miss a beat.

...could happen. If the minimum requirement is .500...one win out of the next three games, most likely UCF, would do it. I figured this to be a five-win season, so anything over that is gravy. Not that a bowl game is the reward it once was, but it's still good for the program.
