Or do you aim for a smaller goal and go for an indoor practice facility just in case CWT bombs in 2016 so you at least have the resources needed to attract a better coach? This would be an ideal time, hype of the Tampa Bay Area -- IPF and OCS!!!Taggart needs to bring in another solid recruiting class - and we need to WIN THE CONFERENCE. Proposing an Ipf would be cool, but how much would that energize our fans? I think we need to reopen the upper deck of Ray Jay before we start worrying about anything else.
