He may have 4 games left. Just sayin'.

Got me there. I forgot that bowl game stats could be added to that. I was only thinking regular season games. Like you said, maybe he has 5 games to get there. :04-rock:

Just think how much better those numbers would be if it was Bench. :lmao:

If Bench were the starter, we'd be like 2-7... maybe 1-8.

My biggest thing with Flowers is he doesn't commit a lot of turnovers.  To me the that his huge.  I love the way this kid plays.

I do appreciate the ball security.  I have critiques, but this isn't one.  He threw an easy pick last night, that was luckily dropped.  But Grothe & BJ were close to 1 to 1 ratios on TD/INT in a few years.  Flowers is only going to get better with game management, and I bet the competition from AW will help push him to get even better.

And he had to cradle it because the throw was to his left and well behind him.  Weather was a factor, but his throws were consistently awful.

you are correct.  We were there and his throw are just bad

I was actually glad he took something off it, having seen him throw 2 well over the heads of receivers for likely TDs.  I'd rather a guy so wide open have to slow/adjust, then to have it whiz over his head.

He still looks laboring throwing the ball, but he's also created some 2nd ops & big plays by eluding the pass rush.  That's been huge.

QF needs a bit of practice with his post game interviews.  Did you see his on the field post game interview with Lauren Gardener?  Wow!  Lot of opportunity to improve.

Go Bulls!

It was painful to watch .... but just have to remember the age and doubt he has had any public speaking classes. I think some programs do prepare their players for interviews, wonder if we do?

Didn't bother me. What I loved about it was that it showed his love for his teammates and coaches and that he is truly a leader.
