I'm sure the ball wasn't exactly dry tonight.  Not to mention footing sucked.

No, but he left 21 points on the field last night, and those passes were severely overthrown.

Many of his completions were inaccurate as well.  The TD to Price was a terribly thrown ball, and the TD pass to Adams wasn't good either.

Actually, someone should give props to the receivers.  I can't remember a dropped pass and they caught a few lousy passes, made some great efforts on other throws.

Only drop I remember was Barr.

I have been surprised by that. Also like how he doesn't immediately give up on the pass when he scrambles.

Everyone thought this kid would just take off and run at every opportunity.  He missed some open passes but I've seen that in just about every game I watched from one team or another.  Flowers keeps his eyes down field.  He doesn't make a ton of mistakes and like you said.... he never gives up on plays.   He does things that BJ and Matt did and a few things they didn't do as well... specifically taking care of the ball.  When was the last time we had a QB not turn the ball over in 3 games straight?  I'm thinking you'd have to go back pretty far.  This is his first year as a starter and he's just getting better.  So are the coaches.  I know the game was sloppy... but they are doing what good teams do.... finding a way to win.

watched the replay... we had quite a few.  Adams dropped 2 passes, Barr dropped 1, Bronson dropped 1... then the long misses were all on Flowers.   But I do think the weather conditions affected both teams.  There were actually a lot of drops by both teams.

If Flowers can improve his deep ball passing this off season as much as he did the rest of his game this past off season, watch out. He's no Josh Rosen passing the football but he does put the ball on the reciever more often than not even if the passes aren't perfect. He's a young kid and still has lots of room to grow and as this offseason showed he's definitely capable of putting in work and developing as a QB.

If you look... Adams almost dropped the TD passes.... he had to cradle it because the ball was wet.  Flowers didn't have a great game but for a first year starter, he looks good.

And he had to cradle it because the throw was to his left and well behind him.  Weather was a factor, but his throws were consistently awful.
