I think the game will be close but the last three teams we beat are a combined 8-15. Our next four opponents are a combined 20-9. We are a mediocre team, and because we have been crap for the last four years many on the board have confused mediocre with good. 

True, those teams aren't world beaters, but we also didn't skim by winning in the last minute or anything.  We beat Cuse by 21, SMU by 24, and UConn needed a real late TD to pull within 8.  We beat the bad teams like a decent team should.  And if you take Temple out of that group, then the other 3 are a combined 13-9, or just above .500, like us.  Again, there's reason for optimism.

Navy is geared to run and defend the run, always has been. The cool thing is, I think the score doesn't tell the whole tale. We had our chances, just didn't or couldn't cash them in.
