Does the qbr take into account the 6 drops and 150 yards passing lost due to drops.

Along with the lost td's ..... I don't think so .... and apparently not a whole lot of weight to running and running td's ... which is why it's pretty much bogus for overall qb play. Should be the Quarterback Passing Rating.

The big question to me is, would anyone say passing is or is not one of QF's strengths?  

I say no, because the QBR.
