They have made this offense around his skill set, and it is working.

Just this statement alone blows my mind, because I thought CWT would NEVER change his style for anything. 

The fact that we can say this means CWT has grown leaps and bounds as a coach.

He was changing last year. Lots of shotgun and pistol formations. Having a mobile QB adds things that we just have not had in 4 years.

Love the enthusiasm. Think QF can be a really good college QB. However, the NFL is not chomping at the bit for 5'11" QBs who run better than they throw.

Also, there was this guy that came after Grothe and he wasn't a shabby college QB either.

He's got some more developing in his future, but I didn't say he'd be starting on Sundays.

Generally, eh. Jameis Winston threw 18 picks against the notoriously dominant ACC defenses last year, and he went #1 overall.
