U of Charlotte has been playing football since 2013 and they have their own stadium(mind you its small but expandable to 40,000)  Its still their OWN Stadium

That's a glorified soccer stadium. They are also selling Personal Seating Licenses for the home side of the field, something I brought up before as probably happening at any future facility at USF but was ridiculed because it was only done then at NFL stadiums. Imagine paying hundreds or thousands for the right to buy a ticket.
