Could not take my eyes off the TV during that little episode. Yeah, we can all breathe better now.

I started thinking, though...yeah, we need the Mack Attack, but I think our run game would still be serviceable if he had to sit for a bit. I know, let's not think about those things right?

Yeah, I trust the other guys to be able to get the job done, but when we can effectively run block, Mack is a bit like a surgeon. He picks good running lanes and cuts well.  He's definitely the #1 guy for a reason.

According to Joey Knight Mack didn't practice yesterday due to hamstring. CWT says he should be fine.

****, those hamstring injuries can linger for a long time *if he pulled it. I've pulled my hammy a couple of times back when I ran track. It took forever for the injuries to heal completely.

No way he pulled the hammy, think he just got cramped up. He would not have been able to hobble around like that and then walk around without a limp afterwards. Wise of coach to let him sit out, though.

Agreed. But I've never seen a guy grab his upper thigh on a cramp mid-run. If it is at all the hamstring I would sit him against SMU and look at DJ and Tice to carry the load.

Maybe he did, too, but Mack definitely pulled up and grabbed the back of his thigh ...
