I miss Tia's, though ...

'Twas hot garbage for the food, but who had time to eat when Thursday, USF nights were in full swing back in the day? I'm thinking WOB won't have much trouble bringing that Thursday night vibe back.

Not where I was thinking it was. What was the one further west, past 15th, same side of road, just a little before the old Toys R Us?
